I think Deception's overall damage is fine, but they do need some QoL changes to make it more how it used to be, around the ~2.10 era.Assassin/Shadow have the best mobility, IMO. I couldn't even get him down to half, this includes interrupts, mezzes, stuns, autocrits, stealth out reset everything. He literally did nothing but stand still and run a very simple rotation. He didn't even use his evasion.
