Idler pulley/belt tensioner. Ok, 03 LX v6. Started making a grinding noise by power steering pump, saw the belt tensioner becomes an issue at 150k and mine is at 152. The spring tension is heavy so I figured the bearing in the pulleys were going bad and decided to replace just the pulleys to be cheaper. The belt looked fine too.
