LR Uub at rainbow, imo is better than Arale. Because he gains 6 ki and 90% atk def boost. And when his hp is below 40%, he will heal 40% hp and became one of the strongest F2P LRs. Unfortunately he's only in 2 categories and his links is bad, so that's why I ranked him below Arale Arale Goku is self sufficient, and hits monstrously hard.
