Yep you are right if the wall panel still works when you switch off the 12 volt D/C. On our eagle me tuning off the 12 volt and back on reset it. On my rig with the 12 volt switch off the BmPro wont work but does draw a small amount of power. I found this out the hard way lol.To perform a hard reset: Take the solar controller off the wall. I am adding some information for you on the reset. Another good way to do this is to remove all the 120-volt AC and the 12-volt DC power from the coach for 5 minutes and see if it will reset.
