Overall, I felt like there was a distinct lack of proactive communication, and difficulty getting responses to emails and messages. It almost always was easier to get a response by making a post or commenting on a post about Dragonhaus on the NJAPR FB group. Weird. We had identical complaints here about Free Publishing and customer support ignoring them. The previous one said they bought it through their FLGS which we kindly asked them to retract what they said since their FLGS is responsible for replacement.
