Dark moon blade will add 95% of whatever your chime/talisman spell buff is. Chimes/talismans spell buff scales based off of faith. So for example, my Canvas Talisman +10 has a 220 Spell buff with 60 Faith. That means that if I cast Darkmoon Blade with this talisman, it will add 209 Dark Damage to whatever weapon I buff.
