The best bet to get this thing running is to install the respective TWL Flashcart Launcher on a CFW 3DS, It will bypass the blocking even with an out-of-date firmware.
The currently public TWL_FIRM patches already allow those to boot directly. So instead use that first to see if your flashcart boots. But older stuff like the Supercard DSOne for example should work through this launcher. Basically all the stuff that didn't boot on a 3DS since launch day. I'll only be using .3ds format files from No-Intro batch. I just want to know which flashcart is the least dangerous for my console, with the least issues and highest perormance.
