If you want to give v5.xx a try and are facing similar issues as to the one you experienced, I've seen repairing the iCUE 5 apps will resolve most issues. Sometimes the modules (in this case your headset) will not update properly and repairing will usually resolve it. March 2021. Corsair has yet to comment on, or even attempt to FIX this bug.The actual issue is that the updater is giving the "Restart" option too early. So, once you click it- the installer hasn't even finished, resulting in the files being deleted. I'm pretty sure iCue is the only software I have that does that.I was running the (so-called) latest 3.xxx version of iCue up until today, when the 5.6 installer removed it, automatically. Most likely the RAM configuration file is corrupted and because there isn't a separate config file for the RAM, you likely need to do a clean install of CUE. However, before you do -- go to the DIMM Setup and change it to a few other things before putting it back in 1x4. Does anyone know where the profiles are being saved?
