When I left this AM, that was the best for the women. Interested to see if any girls can get to 9! Been doing OTF for about 6 months and started with a base of 5.5 and push of 7.5. I did the whole thing today at 8.5 and have been consistently doing bases at 6.7-7.0 - OTF is awesome!! It has really kicked my butt into shape.
