Repair kits cannot restore reduced hit points. On the bright side, it doesn't matter. The beauty of skeletons is that even if your leg is down 50 HP, it functions the same. Run to Burns Tower in the Floodlands and farm Broken Robots and Spiders and use the robot bed in Burns Tower when you need to heal.
