This is a piss-poor lock. I've opened cheap padlocks like this with a paperclip in 30 seconds. Picking a decent-quality lock with security pins (e.g. Abus) is much more time consuming. On the other hand, a battery-powered angle grinder can cut off any padlock in about 30 seconds.
