Polaris sportsman 600 twin problems.
But he has a 03 sportsman 600 twin and his 4wd isnt working correctly, but it does work. To start I know the speedo doesnt work and I told him that there is a good chance that has a lot to do with the issue but he said that his speedo hasnt worked for quite a while even before when the 4wd did work. So here I am hoping to get some advice.

Huge power and speed, but the tranny shift lever was a huge problem. A couple of times, I had to use both hands to move the lever. The seller said it has been that way since new, but that is really hard to swallow.

I just bought a 2004 Sportsman 600 twin. I attempted to replace the starter solenoid because the machine would only start every 2-3 key turns. After putting the new solenoid in, the atv won't start at all and the solenoid isn't even clicking. I put the old solenoid back on and got the same result. It's just that the rear caliper has two separate chambers pushing on the same piston. We pulled the on/off switch apart and found the connectors and wires all corroded and falling apart. However, if the solenoid is at the bottom of the float bowl, the purpose is to shut off fuel to the main jet when the key is turned off.
