Threads of Fate Zone Quest + Bonus Area Quests give you around 1-1.5 lvl in an hour. So you have one level from Maw Intro, 5-6 levels from Threads of Fate which leaves you at level 56-57. You can do dungeons or remaining side quests. World quests are too long, there are only few below 60 and they give low amount of XP.
