I had an episode of severe pain in lower abdomen and mild pain in scrotum 2 weeks back. Did an ultrasound of pelvis, abdomen and scrotum. Everything is normal. Took one antibiotic Zenocin and in 5 days pain vanished. Urine test is also normal.
