The default Sub-sliders basically ensure the starters can't stay in the game past the first play or two, getting subbed out because their fatigue is below the sub-out range, and then their Max Fatigue is too low to ever reach the threshold to be subbed back in.Take off progressive fatigue. It’s broken in game. I personally turn that off then put in game fatigue to 100 so that you get rotation with players but not to the point where your starters barely play.
