If you went to the infested room in your Orbiter to remove it, you cannot get another cyst on that particular Warframe. As of now, most warframes have the cyst. But after the cure is made, it will be harder to get cysts in your warframes other than Nidus (if you ever cured a warframe, you won't get a cyst again). Once you have Nidus, you should be able to instantly remove the cysts from any new Warframe. To wait a week before you can remove it now is just annoying and really serves no purpose.
