First, I would highly recommend you stop focusing so much on "best 3 elements". While some are definitely edging others out, every element is absolutely usable. Gas is the only one I'd generally avoid using to kill a lich with. You've got 10 element options left to pick from. Go corrosion, or radiation, or just simple cold.

For bramma I would suggest toxin since you are going to be building it for viral + hunters most likely. Khom is a little more subjective. But again toxin is a good choice but could do like cold or heat or whatever instead. You can always change the element later btw.
