I have a 3-day resource booster, 3-day resource drop rate booster, and 3-day mod drop booster active since yesterday afternoon ish (thanks sortie!). Was planning on doing some lengthy SP farming but I couldn’t find any info about whether sliver drop rates are affected by mod drop boosters (or resource drop rate boosters for that matter).

A veiled riven needs 10 slivers (10+ relics) but they sell for anything between 5 and 40 platinum (assuming you're on PC). As requiem mods sell for 10p each, you need at most 4 drops to buy a veiled riven of your choosing.
