Argent Dawn is probs your best pick for EU. Horde rp is a bit more guild focused and based on Discord communities. Alliance is a bit better for random rp and pve guilds. The Whitemane server is Pacific timezone. As to where the actual location of the physical server is, I’m not sure anyone outside of Blizzard employees are privy to that information.
