I totally understand the frustration and you’re probably driving yourself crazy! Unfortunately with a 30 day cycle and a BPN at 19DPO, it’s not likely you’re pregnant. Test strips unfortunately don’t confirm ovulation. They only track the LH surge, which typically means you COULD ovulate within 24-48 hours.
